Atos: resignation of two directors

In a brief press release, Atos announces that David Layani and Helen Lee Bouygues have resigned from the Board of Directors with immediate effect, and that they intend to take Onepoint out of the IT services group's capital.

As a reminder, Onepoint, Butler Industries and Econocom decided on June 25 to withdraw from discussions with a view to a takeover of Atos. Discussions are continuing, however, with the creditors' representative committee and certain banks regarding a financial restructuring.
