ATS Automation Tooling Systems Inc. (TSX:ATA) entered into a definitive agreement to acquire DF S.r.l on September 27, 2021. The consideration will be paid in cash. Upon completion, DF S.r.l will join ATS Comecer business.
The transaction is subject to certain customary regulatory approvals and, is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2021.
