AU Small Finance Bank Limited informed that the Bank has received order from the Deputy Commissioner of State Tax, Bengaluru, Karnataka under Section 73 of the Karnataka Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 on August 19, 2024, informing that penalty of INR 0.685 million has been imposed on account of GST issue related to input tax credit for Fiscal Year 2019-20. Impact on financial, operation or other activities of the listed entity, quantifiable in monetary terms to the extent possible is INR 0.131 million (Include tax amount, interest and penalty).
