Ingolstadt, May 18, 2021 - A new subscription offer, a dedicated app and now more than

65 stations at German dealers: AUDI AG is pressing ahead with the expansion of its exclusive mobility service 'Audi on demand' and thus complementing its digital ecosystem around the automobile. In this way customers gain an even broader range of services that respond to their individual needs.

"With our 'Audi on demand' portfolio we are offering our customers many flexible options for driving an Audi and getting to know our brand. Our aim is to establish a digital platform for customers with simple access to all services," says Sven Schuwirth, head of Digital Experience & Business at AUDI AG. The Four Rings are continually extending this premium mobility service. Martin Wallenborn, head of Business Development in the German sales division, emphasizes that, "For us the focus is always on customers, their customer journey and the involvement of our partner dealerships. The start of the subscription model 'Audi on demand Subscribe' now marks the next significant step on this path."

The fully integrated subscription model 'Audi on demand Subscribe' was introduced in the first dealerships in Germany in mid-May. It enables customers to hire an Audi by digital means for a period of four to twelve months. The emphasis is on flexibility: according to their individual needs, customers can choose the duration of the hire, the included miles and the level of insurance deduction, and can conclude their booking online with only a few clicks. The booking can be made regardless of the location of the vehicle: thanks to nationwide delivery of vehicles, customers gain a seamless, simple access to mobility. In the subscription model, the costs for insurance, taxes, maintenance and also fees for public broadcasting services are included.

'Audi on demand Subscribe' complements the existing offer of 'Audi on demand Rent', which allows a short-term hire of up to 28 days. This service for short-term mobility can now be booked on a mobile basis via an app. Users who already have an Audi ID from using the myAudi app can log on through the same account. New users can sign on free of charge with a few clicks. After this, customers choose their pick-up location, the duration of hire and the desired model, add the remaining personal information, for example for payment, and then can make a reservation simply and easily. They immediately see a confirmation of booking and a countdown to the start of the period of use. The app is available both for Android and for iOS devices, and can be used in German and English.
