Aura Minerals Inc. Reports Earnings Results for the Second Quarter and Six Months Ended June 30, 2022

Aura Minerals Inc. reported earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2022. For the second quarter, the company reported sales was USD 93.38 million compared to USD 105.1 million a year ago. Net income was USD 14.95 million compared to USD 21.54 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was USD 0.21 compared to USD 0.3 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share was USD 0.21 compared to USD 0.3 a year ago.
For the six months, sales was USD 205.66 million compared to USD 213.1 million a year ago. Net income was USD 54.11 million compared to USD 35.5 million a year ago. The Almas Project is a gold project located in the state of Tocantins, Brazil. The Matupa Project is a gold project located in the northern part of Mato Grosso, Brazil.
