AURELIUS Group appoints Henrik Gustafsson as new Head of Nordics

Munich, July 1, 2022 - AURELIUS Group announces the appointment of Henrik Gustafsson as Managing Director and Head of Nordics. The recruitment emphasizes AURELIUS' ambition to expand its business and investment activities in one of Europe's most established private equity markets. AURELIUS has been active in the Nordics since 2014 through a dedicated team based out of Stockholm, Sweden. To date AURELIUS has made 10 investments in the Nordics or from Nordic sellers, including Secop, CalaChem, Scandinavian Cosmetics, Conaxess Trade, NDS and Silvan.

Henrik has over a decade of experience in M&A advisory with various bulge bracket investment banks in London. He then moved to corporate development for large multi-national corporates coupled with senior managerial- and operational roles in Sweden and Central Eastern Europe. He most recently worked as deputy Head of Business Area Consumer at IP Only.
