• NDS enters three major multi- year contracts worth 30 mEUR revenue
• Strong growth and increased profitability in 2020 expected to increase significantly in 2021 with these new business wins

Oslo, October 2020 - NDS Group AS has closed new distribution agreements with Mjøsbil AS, Hastadklev AS and Fixbil AS worth combined 30 mEUR revenue over the next years:

Mjøsbil AS

is an established workshop chain, local wholesaler and retailer in East Norway. With this agreement multiple workshops will join the NDS owned Automester workshop concept. 'NDS Group AS appears very professional, forward-thinking, and listens to the customers' needs. This became especially visible when it comes to NDS Group's investment in modern IT solutions for the workshop industry. Hastadklev AS

is an established workshop chain, local wholesaler and retailer in the Trondheim region. The workshops of the Hastadklev group will also join the Automester chain, which will lead to a combined growth of more than 20% of the Automester chain. 'NDS has shown that they are both ambitious and solution-oriented in the dialogue we have had. Together with modern IT systems and integrations they offer for efficient workshop operation, we are convinced that NDS is the right partner for us in the future ', says chairman of the board Leif Anders Hastadklev.

Fixbil AS

is a growing workshop chain with 13 workshops in Bergen and the surrounding area. 'NDS-Group AS is an exciting company that appears to be very professional and forward-looking, so we are very pleased after a thorough overall assessment with the choice of a new supplier,' says Bjørn Standal, General Manager of Fixbil.

Over the past 18 months, NDS Group has invested heavily in building a modern platform for professional workshops in Norway. With a new IT platform, a modern ERP system a wider product range and a more customer-oriented strategy, NDS Group has put itself in a prime position for growth. 'Despite Corona, NDS is currently demonstrating double-digit growth rates and these new agreements will put us in a position to grow more than 15% in 2021.
