In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.16.1, Mrs. Rachel Kerr has been appointed as Company Secretary. Mrs. Kerr is a highly experienced Company Secretary within both the private and public sectors with over 10 years' experience managing the compliance of ASX listed companies, corporate acquisitions, capital raisings, IPO's (ASX & LSE) and due diligence reviews.
