BOARDS APPROVAL OF FINAL ACCOUNTS 2013
At its meeting on 3 April 2014, the Board of Directors of Austevoll Seafood ASA approved the final report and accounts for 2013. Final accounts and proposed dividend of NOK 1.60 per share (202,717,374 shares), total amount of NOK 324 million, are not altered from preliminary figures which were published on 25 February 2014.
Shareholder`s meeting is scheduled to Friday 23 May 2014 at Storebø in accordance with the financial calendar. Summoning, annual report and agenda with attachments will be published through Oslo Børs and www.auss.no. Summoning will also be sent by post.

STYREGODKJENNING AV ENDELIG ÅRSREGNSKAP 2013
Styret i Austevoll Seafood ASA har i styremøte den 3. april 2014 godkjent endelig årsregnskap for år 2013. Endelig regnskap, herunder foreslått utbytte på NOK 1,60 per aksje (202.717.374 aksjer), totalt NOK 324 millioner, er i tråd med foreløpig rapport presentert den 25.02.14, jf egen børsmelding.
Ordinær generalforsamling avholdes i henhold til selskapets finansielle kalender fredag den 23. mai 2014 på Storebø. Innkalling, årsrapport og agenda med vedlegg vil bli distribuert via Oslo Børs og www.auss.no. Selve innkallingen vil også bli sendt i posten. Denne opplysningen er informasjonspliktig etter verdipapirhandelloven §5-12.

The Company is involved in pelagic operations within fisheries, production of fishmeal and fish oil, and frozen pelagic consumer products.
