Austevoll Seafood ASA ("AUSS") has today purchased additional 340,589 shares in Norway Pelagic ASA ("NPEL") at a price of NOK 15.50 per share. AUSS hereafter owns a total of 13,908,843 shares in NPEL representing 75,47% of the outstanding shares in NPEL.
AUSS is due to ownership represented on the Company's Board of Directors, and thus considered a primary insider of the Company pursuant to the Norwegian Securities Trading Act ection 4-2 (1).
Austevoll Seafood ASA (AUSS) har i dag kjøpt ytterligere 340.589 aksjer i Norway Pelagic ASA (NPEL) til kurs NOK 15,50 pr. aksje. AUSS eier etter dette totalt 13.908.843 aksjer i NPEL, tilsvarende 75,47 % av aksjekapitalen i NPEL.
AUSS er på grunn av sitt eierskap representert i styret i Selskapet, og dermed å anse som primærinnsider i Selskapet etter bestemmelsene i verdipapirhandelloven § 4-2 (1).
