ANZ GROUP HOLDINGS LIMITED ANZ today acknowledged that the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) has commenced a civil penalty proceeding relating to fees charged to customers in some circumstances for credit card cash advance transactions made using recently deposited unprocessed funds.
