Autobio Diagnostics Co., Ltd. (SHSE:603658) agreed to acquire the biochemical products business from Hong Kong Shengshijunhui Technology Development Co., Ltd. on December 22, 2016. Autobio Diagnostics Co., Ltd. will use its self-raised funds of CNY 169.5 million for the fixed portion of the acquisition price. The deal has been approved by the Board of Directors of Autobio Diagnostics Co., Ltd.
