AutoCanada Inc. (TSX:ACQ) announces a share repurchase program. Under the normal course issuer bid, the company will repurchase up to 1,350,048 common shares. The repurchased shares will be cancelled.
The bid will be valid till December 27, 2023, or until such earlier time as the normal course issuer bid is completed or terminated at the option of the company. As at December 20, 2022, the company had 23,551,137 issued and outstanding common shares.
