Autogrill SpA is an Italy-based company engaged in the restaurants industry. The Company operates mainly through Food & Beverage business sector, including four subdivisions, such as Food & Beverage Italy, Food & Beverage HMS Host, Food & Beverage Others and Food & Beverage Corporate. Through the Food & Beverage division the Company offer includes restaurants supplies, sale of daily use products, such as newspapers and magazines, cigarettes and other products, among others. The Company distributes its products through three channels, including airports, motorways and other, such as railway stations. Autogrill SpA manages a portfolio of approximately 350 brands, directly or under license. On August 30, 2013, its subsidiary World Duty Free SpA (WDF) filed an application for the listing.
