On October 8, 2021, Autohome Inc. announced that Mr. Xiao Wang has resigned as Chief Technology Officer of the company due to his other personal commitments, effective immediately. Furthermore, the company announced that Mr. Bibo Xiang has been appointed as CTO, effective immediately. The directors of the company determined that Mr. Xiang had valuable and relevant experience and skills that qualified him to
succeed Mr. Wang, and it is in the best interests of the company to appoint Mr. Xiang as CTO. In his new role, Mr. Xiang will be in charge of the Company's overall technology framework and development roadmap. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Xiang served as senior vice president of VIPKID, and Chief Technology Officer of Koolearn Technology Holding Limited, in charge of digital transformation of education and training business. Prior to that, Mr. Xiang worked at Yahoo Search, Taobao Advertising, Shanda Online, 360 Search and 360 Commercial Products, where he was
responsible for technology management of search, recommendation and advertising businesses.
