APPOINTMENTS OF CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER AND CHIEF HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER

Automotive Holdings Group (ASX: AHG) advises the market that the Company has promoted its Senior Business Development Manager, Adam Irving, to the role of Chief Financial Officer.

AHG Managing Director John McConnell said the Company was pleased to be able to announce the internal appointment.

"Adam Irving is an outstanding candidate for the CFO position and has played a major role in AHG's business development since he joined the Group in 2010," said Mr McConnell.

Mr Irving holds a Commerce degree from the University of Western Australia and qualified as a Chartered Accountant. He gained extensive experience in overseas equity and capital markets, including roles in London and Europe as an Associate Director with Jones Lang LaSalle Corporate Finance and as an Executive Director with GE Commercial Finance.

Prior to joining AHG he worked with Westpac's institutional banking division in Perth.

In a separate appointment Jo Cairns joins AHG as Chief Human Resources Officer from O'Brien Glass where she was most recently the Director of Customer Service and Operations. She replaces Martin Wandmaker who announced his intention to step down from the role last month.

Jo joined O'Brien in 2005 as People and Leadership Director and had previously worked in HR roles with KAZ Technology, Raytheon Australia, Boeing Australia and BHP. She holds an Arts degree (Organisational Behaviour and Psychology) from Swinburne University of Technology and is a Chartered Member of the Australian Human Resource Institute.

Jo will start at AHG on 13th August.
