4.Reason for the change:
Since the Company has issuance of employee restricted stock awards and
the number of the outstanding shares have been changed, the ratios of
cash dividend needs to be adjusted accordingly.
5.Any other matters that need to be specified:
According to the resolutions of 2022 Annual General Shareholders' Meeting,
the Chairman is authorized to adjust the ratios of dividends.
