Avery Dennison Corporation (NYSE:AVY) acquired Rietveld on January 19, 2022. Rietveld has become part of the Avery Dennison Corporation's Retail Branding and Information Solutions (RBIS) Apparel Solutions division. In a related transaction, Avery Dennison Corporation acquired Rietveld Serigrafie. The combined purchase price for both the deals was approximately $35 million. In addition to the cash paid at closing, the sellers in one of these acquisitions are eligible for earn-out payments of up to $30 million subject to the acquired company achieving certain post-acquisition performance targets.
