On January 7, 2022, RoadRunner Recycling, Inc. closed the transaction. The company received $5,129,285 in its second tranche closing, bringing the total gross proceeds raised in the transaction to $70,000,000. The transaction was led by new investor BeyondNetZero, and included participation from returning investors Avery Dennison Corporation, FJ Labs, Inc., Greycroft Partners LLC, Headline, Valo Ventures, LLC.
The company has raised $154,000,000 in funding till date. The company received $64,870,715 pursuant to exemption provided under Regulation D from total 6 investors.
Avery Dennison Corporation specializes in the development, manufacturing and marketing of pressure-sensitive materials and self-adhesive products. Net sales break down by family of products as follows:
- adhesive materials and specialty products (71.9%): papers, plastic films, metal foils and fabrics coated with adhesives, reflective films, polymer adhesives, specialty tapes, highly engineered films, inlays, self-adhesive battery labels, postage stamps, etc.;
