AVIC Securities Co.,Ltd. announced that it will raise CNY 2,000 in an equity round of funding on December 14, 2021. The transaction include participation from returning investors AVIC Industry-Finance Holdings Co., Ltd. and AVIC Investment Holdings Co., Ltd. Before and after closing of the transaction investors will continue to hold 28.29% stake and 71.71% stake in the company respectively and the registered capital of the company will increase from CNY 3,633,572,600 to CNY 4,620,957,200. The transaction has been approved in the 42nd meeting of the 8th board of directors of the company.
On December 30, 2021, the company announced that the transaction has been approved by the shareholders of AVIC Industry-Finance Holdings Co., Ltd. in its Sixth Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders.
