Aviva PLC said Thursday that Chief Financial Officer Jason Windsor has resigned with effect from July to take up the role at Persimmon PLC.
The FTSE 100 listed insurer said a search for a new CFO has begun and a further update will be issued in due course.
Mr. Windsor will help to ensure the effective transition of his responsibilities, the company said.
