Ayala Land, Inc. announced earnings results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2021. For the first quarter, the company announced total revenue was PHP 24,638.976 million compared to PHP 28,402.771 million a year ago. Net income was PHP 2,779.448 million compared to PHP 4,321.479 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 0.19 compared to PHP 0.29 a year ago.

The Company operates through eight segments: Property Development, International Business, Shopping Centers, Offices, Hotels and Resorts, Construction, Property management, and Others. Its brands include Ayalaland Premier, Alveo, Avida, Amaia, and BellaVita. The Company's subsidiaries include Alveo Land Corporation, Serendra, Inc., and others.
