Ayala Land, Inc. reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2021. For the third quarter, the company reported revenue was PHP 23,646.82 million compared to PHP 22,121.98 million a year ago. Net income was PHP 2,547.41 million compared to PHP 1,848.5 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 0.17 compared to PHP 0.12 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 0.17 compared to PHP 0.12 a year ago.
For the nine months, revenue was PHP 72,603.71 million compared to PHP 63,320.87 million a year ago. Net income was PHP 8,588.64 million compared to PHP 6,366.75 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 0.58 compared to PHP 0.43 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 0.58 compared to PHP 0.43 a year ago.
