AYER Holdings Berhad is a Malaysia-based company that is engaged in the cultivation of oil palm and durian and investment in other companies. The Company operates through three segments: Property development, Plantation and Others. Its Property development segment is engaged in developing residential and commercial properties. Its Plantation segment is involved in cultivating oil palm and durian. The Company invests in various companies under its Others segment. The Company is engaged in the plantation business with a land size of approximately 11,000 acres, focused mainly on cultivating oil palm and the sale of fresh fruit bunches. The Companyâs subsidiaries include Bukit Hitam Development Sdn. Bhd. and The Ayer Hitam Development Sdn. Bhd., both of which are property developers, as well as Yee Seng Plantations Sdn. Bhd., which is engaged in cultivation of oil palms.
