Azenta, Inc. announced that it has rescheduled the release of its earnings for the second fiscal quarter of 2022 which ended on March 31, 2022 from May 3, 2022 to May 9, 2022 after the market closes. The change is due to a delay in completing the quarter-end closing process related to the sale of the Semiconductor Automation business, which closed on February 1, 2022.
Azenta, Inc. is a provider of biological and chemical compound sample exploration and management solutions for the life sciences industry. The Companyâs segments include Sample Management Solutions, Multiomics and B Medical Systems. The Sample Management Solutions segment offers end-to-end sample management products and services, including sample and repository services and core products (automated stores, cryogenic systems, automated sample tube, and consumables and instruments). The Multiomics segment provides genomic and other sample analysis services, including gene sequencing and gene synthesis.
