B.Grimm Power Public Company Limited (SET:BGRIM) enter into the Share Purchase Agreement to acquire 90% stake in Visa Max Solar Sp.z. from visaVento Holding AG for purchase price of PLN 0.05 million on October 1, 2021. B.Grimm will acquire 90 shares of Visa Max. Visa Max Solar will be held 90% by B.Grimm and 10% by visaVento Holding AG. The transaction has been approved by the Board of Directors of B.Grimm.
