Board Retirement

B&M European Value Retail S.A. (the "Company") announces that Carolyn Bradley has decided, for personal reasons, not to stand for re-election as a Non-Executive Director of the Company at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 25 July 2023 (the "AGM"). Accordingly, Carolyn will retire as a Non-Executive Director of the Company at the conclusion of the AGM.

Carolyn has served as a Non-Executive Director since 15 November 2018. During that time, she has been a member of the Audit and Risk, Remuneration and Nomination Committees of the Company, as well as fulfilling the role of Designated Non-Executive Director for Workforce Engagement.
