Customers in Haverfordwest were delighted this morning following the grand opening of their brand new B&M Store.

The new store, located on Bridge Meadow Retail Park, has hired more than 65 people from the local community.

B&M has taken possession of the former Poundstretcher store on site, and following extensive internal and external refurbishment, the doors have now been officially opened.

Customers can expect to find a huge range of products across all departments. A wide variety of branded products including toys, food & drink, pet products, health & beauty, groceries are available to purchase.

To mark the occasion Sarah Dade and Toni Dorkings from The Paul Sartori Hospice were invited to cut the ribbon and officially unveil the refurbished store.

The Paul Sartori Hospice is a registered charity offering free specialised supportive care and advice for those in the later stages of any life-limiting illness

The charity received £250 worth of B&M vouchers in recognition of the hard work they carry out in the community.

The store manager said: "We're feeling extremely positive about the creation of more jobs for local people and we hope customers are going to be delighted with their new store.

"Our colleagues have been working really hard to get the store ready, and we can't wait to show customers their brand new B&M store."
