Suzhou Youngor Real Estate Co., Ltd. agreed to acquire remaining 18% stake in Suzhou Wangxin Venture Technology Co., Ltd. from B-SOFT Co.,Ltd. (SZSE:300451) for CNY 46 million on May 7, 2019. Suzhou Youngor Real Estate Co., Ltd. signed Share transfer agreement to acquire remaining 18% stake in Suzhou Wangxin Venture Technology Co., Ltd. from B-SOFT Co.,Ltd. on May 8, 2019. Pursuant to the terms of the transaction Suzhou Youngor Real Estate Co., Ltd. will acquire 1.8 million shares of Suzhou Wangxin Venture Technology Co., Ltd. Post completion Suzhou Youngor Real Estate Co., Ltd will hold 100% stake in Suzhou Wangxin Venture Technology Co., Ltd. As of December 31, 2018, Suzhou Wangxin Venture Technology Co., Ltd. reported total assets of CNY 142.5 million, net liabilities of CNY 63.3 million, revenue of CNY 10.7 million, operating loss of CNY 9.5 million and net loss of CNY 9.2 million. As of May 7, 2019 Board of Directors of B-SOFT Co.,Ltd approved the transaction.
