In accordance with CMN Resolution 1660, dated October 26, 1989, B3 hereby informs you that it will operate the auction of equities in the portfolio of the Amazon Investment Fund (FINAM), scheduled to take place between 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. on December 17, 2020, via its electronic trading system.
The auction rules and settlement procedures, and the list of companies that are up for auction, can be found in the Auction Notice published atwww.b3.com.br,Produtos e Serviços, Negociação, Leilões, Bolsa de Valores.
