B3 S.A. - Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão ("B3" or "Company"), in attention to the Official Notice 801/2021-SLSof the B3 Issuers Listing and Supervision dated 06.02.2021 ("Notice"), hereby clarifies the requests made.
For a better understanding of the response, the Notice is transcribed below.
"Dear Sir,
In view of the latest changes in price of the shares issued by this company, the number of trades and the amount traded, as shown below, we request to be informed, by 06/04/2021, if there is any fact that you are aware of that may justify them."

In this regard, the Company clarifies that it is not aware of any non-public fact or material information that could justify the fluctuations in share price and trading volume, mentioned in the Notice.
Notwithstanding the above, as reported by the press, on June 2, 2021, the brokerage firm J.P. Morgan issued a report in which it changes its recommendation for B3 shares from "buy" to "neutral", reduces its target price, and weighs in on recent disclosures made by B3 regarding the reduction in volumes traded on B3's platforms (available on the Investor Relations website - April 2021 Operational Highlights) and the change in the composition of the Company's Board of Directors (available on the Investor Relations website - Minutes of the BM - 05/31/2021).
The Company reiterates its commitment, under the terms of the applicable regulations, to keep its shareholders and the market in general informed of any material act or fact related to its business and remains available to provide any additional clarifications that may be necessary.
