B3 S.A. - Brasil, Bolsa, Balc?o (BOVESPA:B3SA3) is in talks to acquire data analytics company Neoway Tecnologia Integrada Assessoria e Neg?cios S.A., it said on October 14, 2021 without disclosing details of the potential deal.

The Company's service offerings range from exchange trading, clearing and other post-trading services to registration of over-the-counter (OTC) transactions.
