Confirms the requisitioned extraordinary general meeting held today was opened and immediately adjourned indefinitely.

----------

Bens Creek Group PLC - London-based mining company focused in North America - Says it produced 2,500 tons of run of mine coal in a single day with a higher clean coal recovery of 62% from its metallurgical coal mine in North America after commencement of mining at the end of October. Reviews its options with regards to its own highwall miner. Says that it has recently gotten offers in excess of the purchase price which are currently under consideration. "The regular train deliveries and inventory build are now expected to commence alongside the increased production. As with all mining projects, more production spreads the cost across more tonnage and thus reduces the average unit cost per ton, thereby increasing margins," Chief Executive Adam Wilson comments.

----------

Asiamet Resources Ltd - developing copper-gold deposits in Indonesia, including BKZ deposit in Central Kelimantan - Says PT Delta Dunia Makmur increased its stake in the company to 24% from 15%. Says he increased its stake through a non-brokered, private placement for GBP2.6 million at an issue price of 1.15 pence per share.

----------

AfriTin Mining Ltd - technology metals mining company focused on Namibia - Says the commissioning of the Uis Phase 1 Expansion project is completed. Adds that the potential by-product production of lithium and tantalum is expected to benefit from the plant throughput expansion due to its co-occurrence within the ore. "Our development strategy is centred on driving costs down whilst expanding our mineral resource base, production volumes and product portfolio of tin, lithium and tantalum with the concomitant increase in revenue streams. We remain committed to our goal of becoming a tier-one producer of technology metals," CEO Anthony Viljoen comments.

----------

Ondine Biomedical Inc - Vancouver, Canada-based life sciences company focused on photodisinfection-based therapies - Notes that research recently showed that a food processing plant in Manitoba, Canada, was able to reduce the rate of COVID-19 amongst its employees following the use of Ondine Biomedical's nasal photodisinfection. These results were provided to us by the local infection control team in Manitoba. Facilities like this plant are highly vulnerable to disease outbreaks, significantly disrupting food production and impacting sales. When nasal photodisinfection was added to the standard infection control bundle, Covid-19 rates were suppressed by over 10 times compared to the surrounding community rates. Sales were able to continue to international commercial partners, and equally importantly, acute and long-term illnesses were prevented in the workforce, positively impacting costs going forward," President & Chief Technology Officer Nicolas Loebel comments.

----------

CleanTech Lithium PLC - Jersey-based lithium explorer - Expands its current relations programme in German, Switzerland & Australia. Notes that its shares are now being traded on four German stock exchange platforms, including the Open Market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.
