BAE Systems has been recognized as one of Utah's "Top Workplaces" for 2021 by the Salt Lake Tribune.
"For the fourth consecutive year, our employees have voted us as a top workplace in Utah by providing their feedback on our mission, innovative work, and corporate culture," said Pete Trainer, vice president and general manager of the company's Air and Space Force Solutions business. "We couldn't be prouder of our people, who have persevered through a global pandemic to deliver quality services and breakthrough digital engineering solutions to our national security customers."
The annual rankings are calculated using anonymous feedback from employees, who evaluate 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization. The competition is open to Utah employers of all sizes and industries.
"During this very challenging time, Top Workplaces has proven to be a beacon of light for organizations, as well as a sign of resiliency and strong business performance," said Chris Stegman, an executive at the Salt Lake Tribune. "When you give your employees a voice, you come together to navigate challenges and shape your path forward. Top Workplaces draws on real-time insights into what works best to help organizations make informed decisions that positively impact their people and business."
