Symphony Innovation, LLC agreed to acquire NetReveal from BAE Systems plc (LSE:BA.) on July 12, 2022. The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals and is expected to be closed later this year,. Lazard Ltd acted as financial advisor to BAE Systems plc.
Simon Morgan and Sam Pout of CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang LLP acted as a legal advisor to BAE Systems plc. Ernst & Young LLP (UK) acted as Financial, Tax and Commercial due diligence provider to BAE Systems plc (LSE:BA.).
