Spring is the ideal period for a break away as a couple or a family, and it promises to live up to expectations thanks to Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer, which has selected the famous song by Edith Piaf as the theme for an exceptional seasonal programme. From 8 March to 8 May 2022, the most exclusive destination in Europe will be draped in optimism and proposes unique creative, musical, gastronomic and festive experiences to its guests. Highlights include: the artistic happening "Rose is Art", from 8 March for International Women's Day, a grand "Rose is the Future" dinner orchestrated by star-awarded chef Marcel Ravin at Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort on 30 April, and the arrival of Dita Von Teese and her show "Glamonatrix" on 7 May at Opera Garnier.

Act 1: amaze visitors with spectacular décor

The azure blue sky and Mediterranean Sea, which make the Principality an idyllic setting, are being enhanced with every variation of pink this year. From 8 March, "Roses des Vents", dreamed up by Eva Dmitrenko & Céline Pagès, young artists from Pavillon Bosio, Monaco's art school, will blossom from Hôtel Hermitage Monte-Carlo to the One Monte-Carlo district, in the Boulingrins gardens and as far as Allée François Blanc. A creative ode to the return of spring, to beauty and to delicacy, which we all need. For the occasion, the Patio at Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo will be covered in magnolias and a "Ma Vie en Rose" selfie spot will be offered in the Atrium of Casino de Monte-Carlo to immortalise the experience.

Act 2: arouse hearts and taste buds

Life through rose-tinted glasses tastes delicious too! The season's high point: the "Rose is the Future" grand dinner, created especially by star-awarded chef Marcel Ravin and taking place on 30 April 2022 around the indoor pool of Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort. A futuristic vision blending enjoyment and modernity for a completely exceptional evening. Hôtel Hermitage Monte-Carlo is organising the event "Rose is rosé" on 7 May: a tasting-conference session with Moët & Hennessy - LVMH and in the company of Cellar Masters of exceptional rosé wines: Château d'Esclans, Garrus, Château du Galoupet, Le Chant des Cigales, champagne Armand de Brignac.

Act 3: restore festivity

A welcome break starting 8 March with "Rose is white" at Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo, which will celebrate Marie Blanc, the great designer, and her husband. Throughout this "rose period", the American Bar will be celebrating in images and music the women that contributed to its greatest moments.

Music and arts will also be honoured at Hôtel Hermitage Monte-Carlo: the connoisseurs' hotel will be welcoming musicians from Printemps des Arts at the Crystal Bar for intimate musical afters. And on Sunday 3 April, after the grand concert by Renaud Capuçon in the afternoon, a grand dinner will be organised in the Salle Belle Epoque, with musical entertainment from the artists present.

On Saturday 7 May, the Glamonatrix burlesque show will take the audience on an astonishing visual journey at Opera Garnier. This prestigious show presents the new and extravagant productions of Dita Von Teese and the artists accompanying her.

And because a festive break is also the opportunity to enjoy gaming and entertainment, a "Ma Vie en Rose" Grand Gaming event will be organised at the Casino de Monte-Carlo and the Casino Café de Paris, for all members of the My Monte-Carlo loyalty programme, with over 40 prizes to be won for a total value of €30,000 throughout the Resort!
