Shri Anuj Poddar, was earlier appointed as an Independent Director of the company for a term of five years, effective 30 May 2016, with the approved of the Shareholders at the Annual General Meeting held on 4 August 2016. In consideration of and before his appointment as an Executive Director, he resigned as an Independent Director of the company. The appointment of Shri. Munish Khetrapal as an Additional Director in the category of Non-Executive Independent Director for a term of 5 years with effect from 1 November 2018, subject to his appointment being approved by the shareholders at the upcoming Annual General Meeting to be held in July/August, 2019. He is currently the Managing Director, for Solutions, with Cisco Systems. The appointment of Smt. Pooja Bajaj as an Additional Director in the category of Non-Executive Director with effect from 1 November 2018, subject to her appointment being approved by the shareholders at the upcoming Annual General Meeting to be held in July/August, 2019.
