Bajaj Finserv Ltd. announced resignation of Ms. Sonal Tiwari, Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company and appointment of Shri R Vijay as Interim Compliance Officer for the interim period till the appointment of whole-time Company Secretary as the Compliance Officer. company inform that the Board at its meeting held 17 September 2021, has approved appointment of Ms. Uma Shende, as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer and Key Managerial Person of the Company with effective from 1 October 2021 pursuant to provisions of section 203 of Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 6(1) of the SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015. Consequent to the same Shri R Vijay will cease to be Interim Compliance Officer of the Company with effective from close of working hours on 30 September 2021.
