Bajaj Finserv Ltd. Approves Dividend for the Financial Year Ended March 31, 2022

The Board of Directors of Bajaj Finserv Ltd. has approved recommended a dividend at the rate INR 4 per share (80%) of face value of INR 5 each on equity shares for the financial year ended 31 March 2022. The said dividend, if declared, by the shareholders at the upcoming Annual General Meeting, will be credited/dispatched on 1 August 2022 and/or 2 August 2022. The Dividend, if declared, shall be paid to the equity shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members of the Company or in the records of the Depositories as beneficial owners of the shares on 1 July 2022, which is the Record Date fixed for the purpose.
