Bajaj Finserv Ltd. announced that the Board of Directors of Company at its meeting held on 28 April 2022, recommended dividend of INR 4 per equity share of the face value of INR 5, for the financial year ended 31 March 2022. The dividend if approved by the shareholders at the upcoming Annual General Meeting ('AGM') scheduled on 28 July 2022, will be credited/dispatched on 1 August 2022 and/or 2 August 2022.
