On July 7, 2021, Michael A. Smith notified Banc of California, Inc. and Banc of California, N.A., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, of his decision to resign as Chief Accounting Officer of the Company and the Bank. Mr. Smith's last day with the Company and the Bank is expected to be August 6, 2021.
