IN THE BOARD OF STATUTORY AUDITORS
Genoa, 11 July 2022 - Banca CARIGE S.p.A. hereby announces that today, in compliance with the current regulations, it has published the candidates -inclusive of all documents required- submitted by the shareholder BPER Banca S.p.A to integrate the Board of Statutory Auditors that is on the agenda of the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting of 28 July 2022.
