NOTICE OF PUBLICATION OF DRAFT RESOLUTION

Genoa, 06 April 2022 - Banca CARIGE S.p.A. informs that it has today published the draft resolution, proposed by the shareholder Stefano Lodi, concerning item 2 on the Agenda of the Special Meeting of Savings Shareholders of 21 April 2022.
