AMCO - Asset Management Company S.p.A. entered into an agreement to acquire from Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena S.p.A. (BIT:BMPS) on August 5, 2022. The purchase of 208 million (gross value) of guaranteed bad loans. The acquisition is expected to be finalized in the fourth quarter of 2022.
