Banca Popolare di Sondrio S.p.A has signed a binding agreement to acquire remaining 39.5% stake in Factorit S.p.A. from Banco BPM S.p.A. for €75 million.

Banca Popolare di Sondrio S.p.A (BIT:BPSO) has signed a binding agreement to acquire remaining 39.5% stake in Factorit S.p.A. from Banco BPM S.p.A. (BIT:BAMI) for €75 million on March 1, 2022. The counter value of the transaction is €75 million and is not subject to any subsequent adjustment.
