BANCA POPOLARE DI SONDRIO COMMUNICATES THE ACQUISITION OF 100% OF THE SOCIAL CAPITAL OF PRESTINUOVA S.P.A.

Banca Popolare di Sondrio announces that today the closing with Banca Popolare di Vicenza in compulsory administrative liquidation, concerning the acquisition of the totalitarian stake in PrestiNuova S.p.A., a company specialized in the offer of loans repayable through assignment of one fifth of salary or pension and delegation of payment.

The operation was carried out in line with what was communicated on May 3rd, following the issue of authorizations by the competent Authorities.

The entry of PrestiNuova into the Banca Popolare di Sondrio Banking Group is aimed at strengthening the specialization project in the consumer credit sector and will allow to realize important synergies with the subsidiary Banca della Nuova Terra S.p.A., which operates in the same credit sector.
