Banco ABC Brasil S.A. reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2021. For the third quarter, the company reported net interest loss was BRL 247.84 million compared to net interest income of BRL 32.96 million a year ago. Net income was BRL 151.46 million compared to BRL 73.48 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was BRL 0.69 compared to BRL 0.34 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was BRL 0.69 compared to BRL 0.34 a year ago.
For the nine months, net interest income was BRL 476.28 million compared to net interest loss of BRL 952.01 million a year ago.
