The Shareholders of Banco BBVA Argentina S.A. are hereby informed that according to the resolution of the Ordinary and Extraordinary General Meeting held on April 29th, 2022, and the Meeting of the Board of Directors held on June 16th, 2022, the following dividends payment schedule was approved from 1 to 7 Instalment of amount $7.679.705.250, payable on July 6 and Record Date is July 5. Instalment 8 of amount $1.097.100.750, payable on August 3 and Record Date is August 2. Instalment 9 of amount $1.097.100.750, payable on September 7 and Record Date is September 6. Instalment 10 of amount $1.097.100.750, payable on October 5 and Record Date is October 4. Instalment 10 of amount $1.097.100.750, payable on October 5 and Record Date is October 4. Instalment 11 of amount $1.097.100.750, payable on November 2 and Record Date is November 1. Instalment 12 of amount $1.097.100.750, payable on December 6 and Record Date is December 5.
