NOTICE TO SHAREHOLDERS

PAYMENT OF INTEREST ON EQUITY

BANCO BTG PACTUAL S.A. ("Bank" or the "Company") hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that its Board of Directors has approved, on this date, the distribution of pro- ceeds.

The distribution shall be effected in the form of interest on equity, to be paid to shareholders in proportion to their participation in the Company's capital stock, and subject to Brazilian withholding tax equivalent to 15%, in accordance with applicable laws and at the applicable rate. Set forth below are the specific individual amounts per share:

1. Interest on equity gross amount per common or preferred share: R$0.056635082;
2. Interest on equity net amount per common or preferred share: R$0.048139820;
3. Interest on equity gross amount per BPAC11 unit: R$0.169905246; and
4. Interest on equity net amount per BPAC11 unit: R$0.144419460.

The distribution shall be paid to shareholders registered in the Company's records as of the end of the day of August 05, 2021, with the Company's shares being traded "ex-rights" as of, and includ- ing, August 06, 2021. The payment of interest on equity shall occur on August 12, 2021, through the depository of the shares, Banco Bradesco S.A., by automatic credit to shareholders who hold accounts with Banco Bradesco S.A. and to shareholders who have provided Banco Bradesco with their Individual (CPF) or Corporate (CNPJ) Taxpayer ID Number and their account information. The shareholders that have not provided their account information should report to a Bradesco branch in order to update their registration information and to receive the correspondent amounts they are entitled to.

The interest on equity amount related to shares/units deposited in the custody of B3 S.A. - Brasil, Bolsa Balcão shall be credited to that institution and the Depository Brokers shall be responsible for passing them on to the respective shareholders and unit holders.
