Re.:Notice of Relevant Fact: CNV Rules, Chapter III, sect. 8º a)

Dear Sirs,
We are writing to you in compliance with current regulations in order to inform you that, with a view to furthering organizational commitment, and creating value for the clients, following the recommendations on corporate governance, in accordance with the provisions of BCRA Communication "A" 5201, on March 1, 2013 the Board of Directors approved the implementation of a new model to streamline the decision- taking process, consisting in the establishment of 8 Superintendencies reporting directly to the Board, namely:
- Superintendency of Business with Companies: Daniel Faria Costa
- Superintendency of Business with Individuals: Marcelo Vecchi
- Superintendency of Branch Network and Channels: Martín Kaplan
- Superintendency of Finance, Administration and Public Sector: Rubén
Iparraguirre
- Superintendency of Credit Facilities, Foreign Trade and Business
Consultancy: Carlos Pérez
- Superintendency of Infrastructure, Technology and IT: Adrián Gómez
- Superintendency of Human Development and Corporate Climate: Marcelo
Muzlera
- Superintendency of Internal Controls and Risk Management: Juan Mazzón
The above-mentioned officers will take office immediately, except for the Superintendent of Business with Companies, who will take office on a future date to be informed.
Likewise, we would like to inform you that under the new structure, the Executive Offices reporting directly to the Board of Directors, i.e. senior managers as defined in CNV regulations, will be those mentioned below, and that General Assistant Executive Offices will be discontinued.

- Executive Office of Board Secretary, in charge of Laura Eugenia Varela
- Executive Office of Budget and Information, in charge of Erica Lijtztain
